Booking & Payment Terms

After booking, we will contact you to confirm your appointment.
A non-refundable 5000 HUF booking fee is required and will be deducted from the final price.
For orders exceeding 50,000 HUF, a 50% deposit is required for booking.
Payment methods for booking:

The remaining balance is to be paid on the day of the cleaning.

Cancellation Policy

Within 48 hours of scheduled cleaning:
- No refund will be provided.
More than 72 hours before cleaning:
- A 5,000 HUF cancellation fee will apply.
- Alternatively, rescheduling is free of charge.

Rescheduling Policy

Within 48 hours of scheduled cleaning:
- Rescheduling incurs a 20% fee of the total booking amount.
More than 72 hours in advance:
- Rescheduling is free of charge.
